Conditions and Instructions
1. All Delaite lights are warranted
against manufacturing defects and or malf-unction for a period of 1 years from
the date of purchase.
2. The warranty period for
perishables and accessories (rubber switches,glass lenses,batteries,charger
etc) is 6 months from the date of purchase .
3. Should and warranty concerns arise
be sure to contact either the Delaite repair center, please your don’t
disassemble the lamp for repair.
4. Should any Product become
defective outside of the warranty period, customers may still have their
products repaired at a mutually agreed cost.
5. Warranty policy is rendered null
and void by the following conditions:
◇The product is deemed to have malfunctioned as a result of misuse.
◇The product is deemed to have malfunctioned as a result of unauthorised
modification or disassembly.
◇The product is counterfeit.
◇The product is damage caused by force majeure.
